To confirm your child’s camp registration, the camp’s tuition fee must be paid in full to HPMP via PayPal or check.
PayPal payments
If choosing this payment option, we will create an invoice via PayPal and it will be emailed to you. The registration fee must be received by HPMP within seven days of the invoice date.
**If you pay via PayPal, an online payment fee of 3.5% will be added to the amount of the transaction. **
Check payments
If paying the deposit by check, your check should be made payable to “Helena Public Montessori Parents” and postmarked within seven days of the registration date.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your child’s camp registration before April 15, 2024, you can receive a full refund.
If you cancel your child’s camp registration before May 15, 2024, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded to you and the other 50% will be forfeited.
If you cancel your child’s camp registration on or after June 1, 2024, your registration fee will be forfeited.
All forfeited funds will be used for camp scholarships or Helena Montessori programs.
